I'm Breanne Goldman: certified integrative yoga therapist (C-IAYT), one of approximately 6,000 C-IAYTs worldwide, with 20 years of study across multiple lineages of yoga and Ayurveda. I'm a Fulbright scholar, professionally trained historian, and textile artist.

I don't teach coping mechanisms or nervous system regulation techniques.
