200hr YTT Yoga Teacher Training

I co-lead our YTT Yoga teacher trainings at White Lotus Therapeutics in Denver, with a strong focus on consent, voice, physical and subtle anatomy, the Yoga Sutras, cultural appropriation vs. appreciation, and how to cultivate a strong personal practice. My intention with all of my offerings is to guide students to embody their practice in daily life. Ethics, integrity, and self-study, not the postures, are the heart of Yoga.

Sundays 4pm: Slowburn @ Lifetime Cherry Creek (mindful, grounding Hatha in a gently warmed studio)

Wednesdays 6:30pm: Surrender to Be @ Lifetime Cherry Creek (Yin + meditation, unheated)

Yoga Nidra 

Yoga Nidra (“conscious sleep”) is the state of consciousness between waking and dreaming. The tools and practices offered in a Yoga Nidra session create a profoundly healing, systematic form of guided relaxation with visualization and meditation. This universal practice is accessible to anyone, regardless of ability, background, or experience with Yoga. All you need is to listen and be comfortable - laying down or in a chair. 

Research studies suggest many benefits, including improved sleep and immunity; increased emotional resilience; and relief from physical pain, stress and inflammation, anxiety, and depression. Results are measurable after just one session. The more you practice, the greater the benefits.
