AI can't replace this one thing - and for good reason

AI kind of freaks me out. It’s everywhere.

Don't get me wrong — I've slowly crawled out from under my rock and have been learning how to use it myself for quick research and brainstorming. It can be incredibly helpful. Sometimes.

AND.

As a Yoga therapist and wellbeing practitioner, what I’ve been sitting with:

Artificial Intelligence will never replace what happens when one human truly sees another.

(Hopefully) you know the feeling, when you're talking to someone and they really get you? When they hear not just your words, but the story underneath what you're actually saying?

That's not something a faceless machine can do for you.

One of the most important indicators for positive health outcomes isn't a fancy protocol or supplement regimen —

it's having a caring, compassionate provider who asks big questions, listens deeply, and takes the time to get to know you beyond the problem.

AI can give you information. It can tell you what studies say about sleep or stress management. It can even suggest breathing techniques.

But without context, AI can't witness your lived experience.

AI can't hold space for the grief underneath your symptoms. It can't see the patterns that emerge when someone shares their story with another human who's been through their own fire and come out the other side (ahem, I speak from deep experience over here…)

Sometimes your symptoms and challenges need a human translator — someone who can help you uncover what they're really trying to communicate.

Someone who understands that everything is connected: your physical challenges, your life transitions, your sense of meaning and life purpose.

This is especially true for women navigating big transitions, changing health, or shifting priorities.

When you're asking "Who am I if I'm not who I used to be?" — that's not a question for a search engine (ask me how I know).

That's a question for deep listening, for someone to bear witness.

AI is a tool. A helpful one. But healing? Real, lasting transformation?

Healing happens in relationship. In connection.

Because you already have everything you need to heal. Sometimes you just need another human to support you on your path to help you get where you want to go (even if you don't know where that is, yet).

🌻 I’m Breanne, an integrative yoga therapist (MA, C-IAYT). I teach women in midlife how to reconnect with themselves to reclaim their health through simple + effective practices that easily fit into daily life.

__________

PS: Ready for real, lasting transformation with expert support from a real person who sees you, hears you, and cheers you on?

I’ve got a limited number of availability for 1:1 clients who are navigating life transitions, changing health, and are ready to reclaim their health and their life purpose.

If this sounds like you, read more here about what Yoga therapy is, and how it’s the missing link you’ve been searching for.

(TLDR: I'll teach you how to become an active participant in your own healing throughout your many seasons of life - rather than a passive recipient of care - with simple + effective practices that easily integrate into daily life.)

If not now, when?

(seriously, when?
