You're not here by accident.
You've been searching. Trying. Spending money, time, energy on things that promised relief but didn't deliver—at least not in a way that lasted.
If you're still here, something's resonating. Now that you know what yoga therapy is—and isn't—here's what the timeline and program options can look like.
timeline + what to expect

The Beginning
You're finally seen
You'll complete the most comprehensive intake you've likely ever experienced—your symptoms, your patterns, your least and most favorite seasons, your beliefs, what lights you up and what drains you. By the end of our first session, something may already feel different. Not because anything's been "fixed." Because you've finally been heard. →

Building
The Foundation Takes Shape
Your personalized program comes to life. Practices designed for your body, your nervous system, your actual life. We meet regularly. We refine. We adjust. And when resistance kicks in—because it usually does around week 3 or 4—we work through it. Together. →

Shifting
The Subtle Shifts
Things start clicking. You catch yourself before the spiral. You notice patterns you couldn't see before. Sleep improves. Energy stabilizes. Something feels different—even if you can't name it yet. You're not just managing anymore. You're starting to understand. →
This might be enough. Let's chat →
Transforming
The Deeper Work
This is where identity starts to shift. Where the grip loosens. Where you realize you're not the same person who started this. The practices become second nature. You trust your body in a way you didn't before. You don't need me the same way anymore—and that's exactly the point.

"(Breanne's) sessions are much more therapeutic, and go much deeper than any other experience I've had with yoga.
-O.L., client

I'll be honest with you.
This isn't a weekend retreat, nor is it a 21-day reset. Yoga therapy is not something you finish in a month and move on from.
Some things can shift early—better sleep, less gripping, an exhale you don't have to force. That part can happen quickly.
The deeper work takes longer. The patterns you've been running on for years, maybe decades, don't unravel in a month. Expect 3-6 months before real change starts to take root.

You already know the hacks and quick fixes don't work—that's why you're here. This work goes through the hard parts, not around them. And what you build along the way—tools, wisdom, the capacity to trust your own body—becomes yours, for a lifetime.
One Client's Journey: Meet Natalya
"Breanne was able to pivot masterfully and address the proverbial elephant in the room... She treated me as a whole individual, as opposed to just the pain in my knees."
Where She Started
Natalya came to me for help with osteoarthritis—strengthening practices for her hips and knees so she could move with less pain. Her hormones were changing, her body was changing, her life was changing. But during her intake, what came through most wasn't physical. It was profound, unacknowledged grief after the death of her mother.
What Shifted
We pivoted. Yes, I offered movements to support her knees (and hormones). And I also offered highly specific breathing practices to connect with and transform her grief, a gentle sequence to release fear from her tissues, and a meditation to help her feel whole again. I crafted a practice that met her exactly as she was—not just her pain, but her loss.
Where She Is Now
Natalya began to see how everything was connected—her grief, her pain, her body. Her sleep improved. Her pain decreased. She came alive again—not just physically, but in how she moved through her days. She found room to explore what had been buried, and left each session feeling more like herself.
FAQ
THE EXPERIENCE
Reset builds a foundation. Thrive goes deeper. If you're not sure, we'll figure it out on the call—that's what it's for.
We meet on Zoom. We start with a brief grounding practice to help you arrive. Then we talk—what's been working, what hasn't, questions that came up, roadblocks or discomfort you've noticed. Based on your feedback, I refine your plan. Then I introduce one, maybe two new practices—movement, breathing, somatics, subtle energetics, meditation, or lifestyle shifts—depending on what you need. Never more than you can actually integrate. The goal is to give you time to practice, notice, and absorb between sessions. This isn't about cramming in content. It's about building something that sticks.
You'll have access to a secure portal where you can message me directly and complete guided journal reflections. The journaling helps you notice what's shifting, track patterns, and process what's coming up. It also gives me insight into how you're doing—so when we meet, I'm not starting from scratch. I come prepared, and we're not spending our sessions piecing together what happened since we last met.
In yoga therapy, progress doesn't always show up on a lab result or a scale. There's no neat metric that tells us you're healing. The shifts are often subtler—how you respond to stress, how you sleep, how you hold tension, how you feel in your body day to day. The journal reflections help us both track what's changing—patterns, shifts, progress that doesn't fit on a chart.
That's okay. Some clients prefer voice memos. Some jot a few words. Some answer the guided prompts in bullet points. It doesn't have to be polished—it just has to be honest. The goal is reflection, not perfection. And if something comes up and you can't complete it before a session, we'll still meet you where you are. Clients who stay engaged between sessions get more from this work. That's because what happens between sessions is yoga therapy—not preparation for it. Your reflection before each session is part of the process.
Yes. This work only works if you do. I'll give you simple, sustainable practices—but you have to actually use them. That's the deal.
THE DETAILS
The sessions matter—but they're not the whole story.
You'll start with a comprehensive intake process that often surfaces unexpected insights before we even meet. (Clients regularly tell me they've never been asked these questions before—and that filling it out was its own kind of breakthrough.)
From there, I design your personalized program. Depending on your needs, you may receive custom practices, guided audio recordings, visuals, PDFs, and resources—created specifically for you, not pulled from a generic library. Session recordings may also be available when helpful so you can revisit and practice on your own.
Reset includes a 90-minute intake session, a 60-minute program delivery, three 45-minute practice sessions, and two 20-minute check-ins—plus direct access to me between sessions.
Thrive includes a 90-minute intake session, a 60-minute program delivery, seven 45-minute practice sessions, and three 20-minute strategic check-ins—plus premium direct access throughout.
You choose when to use your 45-minute or 20-minute sessions based on what you need—or if you'd prefer, I can map out a recommended schedule for you.
But the real value isn't counted in minutes. It's in what happens behind the scenes—digesting everything you've shared and crafting something that fits only you.
We meet weekly or every other week after your intake—I don't recommend stretching it longer than two weeks, because momentum matters. Sessions are virtual (available anywhere) or occasionally in-person for Denver-area clients. Mix and match as needed. And if you need to reschedule? Life happens. I ask for 24 hours notice when possible, but I'm flexible. We'll figure it out.
You'll leave with tools, wisdom, and capacity that are yours—for a lifetime. That said, many clients choose to continue with ongoing sessions after their package ends. Not because they're dependent, but because they want to keep going. That option is always there, but never required. And if you start with Reset and realize you need more? You can upgrade to Thrive. We'll apply what you've already invested and extend your support.
No. Payment plans available for both packages.
Great! Yoga therapy doesn't replace them—it fills the gaps they weren't trained to see.
THE INVESTMENT
Because yoga therapy isn't a course you download and forget. It's not a group program where you're one of hundreds. It's months of my undivided attention—comprehensive intake, custom program design, ongoing refinement, and direct access to me. You're not paying for sessions. You're paying for expertise, depth, and a level of personalization most practitioners don't offer.
And consider what you've already spent—on specialists, supplements, programs, protocols—that didn't work. Not to mention the time you don't get back trying to do it yourself (I see you, nodding your head).
This is different. It's designed around you, supported by me, and built to last beyond our time together.
I don't offer refunds or guarantees—not because I don't stand behind my work, but because I can't do this for you. Healing requires your participation—your practice, your honesty, your willingness to stay with it when it gets uncomfortable. What I can promise is my full expertise, my attention, and my commitment to guiding you through it. The rest is up to you.
I get it. You've invested time, money, and hope into things that didn't deliver. I won't promise miracles—that's not how this works. But I will say this: my intake process goes deeper than anything you've likely experienced. I notice what others miss. And I only work with clients I believe I can actually help. If that's not you, I'll tell you.
That's fair. But here's something to consider: what's it costing you to stay where you are? Not just in money—in energy, time, joy, presence, relationships, your sense of self? The patterns you're running on don't improve with time. They deepen. I've seen what happens when people wait another year, another five years, hoping it'll resolve on its own. It rarely does. I'm not saying you have to decide today. But waiting for the "right time" often means waiting for a crisis that forces your hand.
what clients + patients are saying
"I didn't know what to expect when I began working with Breanne...I'm not exactly a "stereotypical yogi". But I was looking for something different, and I am so glad I jumped in with both feet! ... I'm so much more calm and focused and apparently more pleasant to be around."
