Everything is always in transition

Change = Growth.

You are not a failure - you are evolving.

You are graduating from this phase of your life.

You’ve learned what you needed, and now it’s time to step into the next chapter.

I know this journey well.

I earned the degrees, the awards, the recognition. I built the teaching career I once dreamed of—and then some.

→ I was a founding faculty member of an innovative public school for grades 6-12.
→ I led student exchange programs with a school in Russia.
→ I chaired multiple departments and facilitated school-wide trainings.
→ I traveled globally to research and develop high school curricula.
→ I created social-emotional learning programs that were distributed nationwide.

I put in the work. I poured my heart into it.

And yet, when I walked away, I wasn’t sure who I was anymore.

Dreams Change—And That’s Okay

For years, I tried to make it work. But something felt off. My health was deteriorating, my body was screaming for attention, and I couldn’t ignore it any longer.

So, I started listening. Really listening.

Resigning was terrifying. Did I question my worth? Absolutely.

Do I regret prioritizing my well-being? Not for a second.

That decision led me to a deeper understanding of myself—to becoming my own best healer. Now, as a Yoga therapist, I help others do the same. Because I’ve been there. I get it.

Your Well-Being Matters More Than the Dreams You’ve Outgrown

It’s time to put yourself first.

To honor where you are now.

To show up for yourself, so you can serve the people, passions, and dreams waiting for you on the other side.

You are not broken. You are not lost.

You are meeting a new version of yourself.

Welcome her in—she’s been waiting for you.
