Thanks for registering! A few housekeeping notes before we get started:
1. Please have a journal and pen/pencil nearby. You don't need a yoga mat or any fancy props. If you have these available, great! No worry if not.
2. Please find a quiet space for the duration of the workshop where you will not be disturbed, and place your device on a steady surface free from movement.
3. By registering, you agree to receive occasional emails from me with tips, updates, and exclusive content. Unsubscribe at any time.
4. You agree to practice what you learn on your own for a minimum of 2 weeks before teaching others. Embody what you learn for yourself first, with confidence, before immediately sharing with others.
5. Can't make it live? No problem! Register anyway and you'll get access to the reply.
